Those sick puppet masters who wish to use the dead as puppets, to maybe freak out the deceased old friends, as a party prank, or just to have plain old good fashioned evil fun! Well, you're in luck!
There will be an event featuring a puppet master that would come around every so often in rp someplace. You will be given hints via rp through various means (Messengers ninja, Intel on evil insane scientist, hearing it from townspeople, etc.) though the information WILL NOT be completely exact, or on occasion, completely truthful at times as with the case with all information. For example, if your village receives Intel that a scouting team believes that 'Mad evil pupping making scientist' is in the Land of Tea somewhere doing heinous experiments. Well, he may be there, he may not be there. A missing nin may have heard that he's in another country, hiding in the mountains. Who knows. So you would have to seek him out before he goes into hiding again if you wish for his 'services', or even to try to bring him to justice (the choice is your after all).
Be warned, you will have to do things for him in order for him to make you one of his infamous creations and you may have to give him an eye, or two, or an arm and a leg...or a saliva sample from the Ichibi. Who knows what he may ask, say or do.
And yes ALL event characters are played by us GM.
