Honestly, I am not going to put any hard rules that could get someone banned on this; however, I do ask that you be courteous to people that may use other systems of measurement. One being the US system (Inches, Pounds, Miles, Feet, etc.) and the other main system being the Metric system, which is used basically everywhere but the US (Meters, Kilograms, Kilometers, etc.). Be considerate to those who may use another system of measuring, and if it is possible it would be best to list all measurements in both ways possible, just put the other in parenthesis. In terms of fractions, as many are when converted, simply round it off.
I suggest using one of these conversion calculator websites for assistance if you need any.

Again, you do not have to do this as it is not law; however, it would easier for those whose natural measurement system may be different from your own. If one wishes others to understand the distances, speeds, or temperatures, or anything measured in posts, then converting it is the best way to go.
For example, I grew up with the US system, Hinotsuki grew up with the metric system, so just to be considerate of her being used to the metric system and seeing things in that fashion in her mind, I may put that it is 60 F outside. It would be difficult for her, being used to Celsius to grasp what temperature it actually is since her mind thinks in terms of metric, therefore I may put.
It is 60 degrees F (15-16 C) outside around Kiri at the moment.
Then, anyone who is used to the metric system, seeing that, then they understand better what temperature it is.
I hope you all take this to heart, thank you.
