Side effects- Darkness: 70 uses until total permanent vision loss, only able to be restored by obtaining the Eternal Mangekyou. Darkness comes quicker the more eye techniques one uses, as using a Mangekyou technique such as Ameratsu will decrease your uses amount by 1 per use and per post active.
Pain- Using a Mangekyou technique decreases stamina by 5 per use and per post active.

Eternal Mangekyou: Crimson Eyes- Mangekyou of another required in order to activate. The closer the person is by kin, the higher probability of success. Non-related: 10% Distant Relative(Cousin, Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents, ect.): 30% Closely Related (Siblings, Parents): 50%

Kekkei Tōta can only be obtained by special means, meaning rare events only and when the person seeking to learn it has learned the 3 elements required.

Jinton 塵遁- Dust Release

I was thinking to have a certain percentage of people who can get a KG who apply, by using, perhaps the dice?

However, some will be 100% and thus will not need a dice roll, but others such as the Kaguya's KG are rare and thus 5% chance.

As for surgeries for transplants, it requires a skilled medic to perform and are as follows.

All basic transplants:

E rank Medic: 10%
D: 20%
C: 40%
B: 50%
A: 60%
S: 80%

Failure means permanent blindness (in eye transplants).

Eternal Mangekyou:

The above check is rolled on the 100 sided die, then the eyes must be wrapped for one week (RP time), on unwrapping the other check must be made with the percentage using the appropriate percentage depending on the relation to the 'donor'.

Cellular Transplants: These are extremely risky and can leave the person being implanted with another person's cells with sever disabilities, including permanent chakra disruption (cannot use chakra properly or at all) or the body rejecting the new cells all together, which could lead to very serious health problems. speaking of bloodlines will we also have an Offencive and Defencive cursed shinobi, or is that a no? Curse seals would have to be trained for in character for the deals that Oro had made since they dont exist. but the originals roam free till caught or what not.
